This is the first of my final photos I edited this in photoshop basically just using curves and levels. I also give Jade a medium smooth airbrush not because she needed it just because i though it added a nice overal look to the image and there was only a slight difference to the original. I originally added a stripe to her nose like a new romantic would have worn for make-up as Adam Ant did alot of the time but due to there being a fault i had to start again and did not have the time to add it in. In saying this I am really proud of this as it is only really an extra piece to present my work really.
>>With not having all the time I hoped i would have I had to mske some changes to my ideas. At the start of the project I though i would be able to fit everything in about the fashion side and then also photography but with things running over I had to come to the decicion to cut some of the photography. My main focus was on fashion so I didnt want to be making photography my main focus. I didnt cut it completely it is just the images I taken weren’t as good as i planned them to be as they were rushed and not well edited.

After I made the waistband I then added pleats to the base of my skirt. These can be very complex to do but as I have done them before I find them pretty straight forward, I then darted the side to get a more even finish on the skirt. After that I applied the waistband to the base and hemmed up the bottom of it. I am really please with the outcome.
This is the first step to me making my dress. Starting with the waistband which was then attached to a skirt and the put into my dress :)
This is basically the setup for me making my skirt including the materials, equiptment i used and me starting it.
This is my original idea for my punk outfit. This is the skirt I made. There are mulltiple things I am not happy with such as the material. At the time of me making this I couldn’t find the material I wanted so had to resort to this tartan instead of red. Also if I was keeping it I would of changed the cut slightly but overal I am pleased with it as i didnt use a pattern for this I did it free hand.
On the 21st we all as a group attended Liverpool and visited 3 museums altogether. The were called walker, fact and The Tate.

After making my skirt and bra I then came to a holt as I had trouble had trouble with making a top. If it wasn’t because of the material it was because of the pattern so I decided against that outfit and made my second idea wich was the dress made out of tartan material. I feel that making dresses and skirts are what i feel comfortable with alothough i haven’t made them before I just have a clearer vision in my head on the fit and how I want them to look. I am please so far with my dress and shalll be uploading some photos of my progression.
